Stop the Tantramar Gas Plant: NB Power and ProEnergy (an American company) are currently trying to build a gas plant in Midgic and are trying to rush the process, overlook the importance of the Chignecto Isthmus as an ecological corridor, diminish the environmental and human health impacts of the plant, misrepresent the level of Indigenous involvement with the project, and ignore community input- going as far as to forbid recordings at supposedly public questioning sessions.
